We have reached the year 2012 --- --- --- What have we achieved?
Out of 7 billion of inhabitants ---
  • 1.5 billion people are living without safe drinking water
  • 2.5 billion people are living without basic sanitation
  • More than 1 billion people are without access to primary health care &
The situation may get worse in the future - -

Although a lot of human, monetary and material resources are allocated to solve these problems,
What went wrong & why does this reality exist despite all our knowledge and control over Nature?

In our Business /Service, are we –
  • allowing our customers/stakeholders to define our goals?
  • selecting the least costing method of achieving the goals?
  • allowing all our employees to participate in planning our work?
So, we are failing to develop a quality system to achieve the target.

Quality Gurus defined the quality problem as -
Dissatisfaction with the services provided or failure to achieve the expected standard.
  • Stakeholder (meaning)
  • Concerns / Links/ Partners
